The beautifully decorated chalet provided a cozy and comfortable space for our large family. The garden was well-maintained, adding to the peaceful ambiance. We were amazed by the stunning view of the river from our chalet. The scullery on the patio and the fireplace were great additions, making our stay feel like a luxurious lodge experience. It was the perfect place for our family to connect and enjoy quality time together.
My wife says that she wished there were more activities specifically catered to children.

We had an amazing time at Mukuku Rest Camp! The owners, Hannes and Ansi, were incredibly warm and friendly. Hannes took us on a boat tour where we saw birds and crocodiles, and even visited Angola and met some locals. He also brought back 20 children who go to school in Namibia. The cottages were comfortable and authentic, built on stilts with separate bathrooms. We enjoyed the home-cooked food prepared by Ansi. The whole experience was unforgettable!
We felt happy and had no complaints during our stay.
